David Ceolin has had a variety of roles in small business for over 30 years as a banker, entrepreneur, business operator, investor, coach and board member. As a result, his international best-selling book, The Idea Guide is a practical and concise guide to turn an idea to successful business.

David first began his career as a commercial banker encompassing a wide variety of pursuits in retail, service, manufacturing, importing, exporting, and technology. He evaluated business plans daily to help analyze their potential for success and financing.

Next, he became the founder and CEO of Digital Cement, a firm widely recognized for its innovative capabilities in digital marketing strategy and execution. Digital Cement’s innovative customer relationship management (CRM) methodology delivered top line revenue for multinational clients like Kraft Foods, FedEx, and Dell. Digital Cement was successfully acquired by a Fortune 500 company.

After the sale of his company, David founded Innovation Grade Ventures, a venture capital firm that invests in a variety of industry sectors including health & wellness and digital cloud-based businesses.

He holds an Institute of Corporate Directors designation (ICD.D), serving as a board director for a number of international businesses.
